GLOBAL SHIPPING GUIDE
PERSON&PEOPLE welcomes international customers. Orders from overseas are handled through WorldShopping, a third-party purchasing and international shipping service.
HOW TO ORDER
STEP 01 | WorldShopping cart appears
When you access the store from overseas, the WorldShopping cart may appear for eligible products.
STEP 02 | Choose your item
Select the color, size and quantity, then add the item to the WorldShopping cart.
STEP 03 | Continue to your cart
After adding the item, select the option to proceed to your cart.
STEP 04 | Review your order
Check your selected items and destination country or region. The purchasing service fee is shown before checkout.
STEP 05 | Complete the first payment
Review the terms and complete payment for your items and the purchasing service fee. International shipping is not included at this stage.
SHIPPING & FEES
Payment is generally made in two stages: first for the product price and purchasing service fee, then for international shipping and any applicable additional fees after the items arrive at the WorldShopping warehouse in Japan.
Customs duties, import taxes and other charges may also apply depending on your destination.
The fees displayed in the screenshots are examples only. Your actual charges will be shown by WorldShopping.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Some items are available for pre-order. Please check the estimated shipping period on each product page. Estimated dates may change. When items with different availability dates are purchased together, dispatch may wait until all items are ready.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Please review all item details carefully before ordering. Order changes and cancellations are generally not accepted after an order is placed. For international orders, returns, exchanges and other requests are subject to the applicable WorldShopping procedures and terms.

PERSON&PEOPLE 歡迎海外顧客選購。海外訂單透過第三方代購及國際配送服務 WorldShopping 處理。
購買流程
STEP 01 | WorldShopping 購物車顯示
從海外瀏覽商店時，符合購買條件的商品會顯示 WorldShopping 購物車。
STEP 02 | 選擇商品
選擇顏色、尺寸及數量，然後將商品加入 WorldShopping 購物車。
STEP 03 | 前往購物車
成功加入商品後，按「前往購物車」繼續。
STEP 04 | 確認訂單
核對商品及配送國家或地區。結帳前會顯示代購服務費。
STEP 05 | 完成首次付款
確認條款後，支付商品金額及代購服務費。此階段尚未包含國際運費。
國際運費及相關費用
一般分兩階段付款：首次支付商品金額及代購服務費；商品抵達 WorldShopping 日本倉庫後，再支付國際運費及其他適用費用。
視乎配送目的地，亦可能需要支付關稅、進口稅或其他費用。
截圖中的金額僅供示範，實際費用以 WorldShopping 顯示為準。
預購商品
部分商品為預購商品，請於各商品頁面確認預計出貨時間。預計日期可能變更。如同一訂單包含不同到貨時間的商品，可能需要待所有商品備妥後才安排寄送。
取消訂單及退換貨
下單前請仔細確認商品資料。訂單成立後一般不接受更改或取消。海外訂單的退貨、換貨及其他申請須按照 WorldShopping 適用的流程及條款處理。
付款及客戶服務
可用付款方式會於 WorldShopping 結帳頁面顯示。如有海外購物、付款或國際配送問題，請透過 WorldShopping 的客服渠道查詢。
